Meet Our Pastor!
I have been so blessed to be partners in ministry with the good folks of First Presbyterian since November 2003. Although this is my first pastoral call, I have served in full time ministry since 1982, when I began my ministry as a certified Christian educator. I served congregations in Minnesota, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Georgia before attending seminary at Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, Georgia. I was ordained at my home congregation, Skidaway Island Presbyterian Church, Savannah, Georgia in November 2003. I live close to the church and have enjoyed being "the neighborhood pastor" and getting to know the folks in this transitional neighborhood. I share my home with a variety of cats and my mini doxie, Katie. I love music, preaching, and home cooking.
